THE NON-ALIGNED MOVEMENT IN CONTEMPORARY INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Abstract

This article examines the "Non-Aligned Movement", which plays an important role in contemporary international relations. The article was created by synthesizing the information obtained by scanning the literature. The historical background, basic principles and effects of the Non-Aligned Movement on international politics have been examined in detail in the literature. This movement emerged during the cold war and adopted basic principles such as independence, peace and security.
